“I don’t ever leave reviews — like literally 0 — but I had to on this one. We’ve been coming here for like 5-ish years, and Brian was always our #1 guy. Once he stopped being around, we kinda stopped coming in as much too. We walked in yesterday on a total random stop, and Avery legit knew EVERYTHING. I’m picky, my wife’s picky, we’re both super particular about this stuff, and he still nailed it at like 10/10 on every recommendation. My wife’s device from Cloud Nine has been acting up for like 3 months, so we brought it in. Avery looked at it for 2 seconds and goes, “Yeah, it’s the tank.” He actually showed us how the coil works, how to prime it, explained everything, and didn’t try to upsell us at all. He even picked a juice my wife actually liked which is basically a miracle. If I could give like 6 or 7 stars, I seriously would. Best shop in Cartersville, easy.”
